All her life Nette South has enjoyed drawing, sketching and painting however it wasn't until after her family had grown up that she started to have art lessons. Since this time Nette has continued with lessons in water colours and acrylics.

In the early days a group of friends got together to paint and called themselves "The Painted Ladies". They held exhibitions with success and a great learning experience for them all.

Nette's subjects include landscapes, still life, including flowers, fruit and vegetables. Pen and pencil drawing and also decorating boxes of all sizes.
